Consider requesting a room away from the pool area to minimize noise disturbances from other guests and enjoy a quieter stay.

Newly renovated building and neat rooms with an accessible washroom. Bonus point for a microwave oven, air conditioning and an iron. Newly decorated and straightforward hotel in the best possible setting close to ferry to Nova Scotia.

Our bed was very uncomfortable.

the room we had included central heating, television and a microwave. it had both a handy kitchenette and a good size bathroom.

Upon arrival, the hotel seemed disorganized. Our room wasn't ready at 9 PM, and we had to wait while they cleaned it. The floors were still wet, especially concerning when traveling with someone elderly. I noticed an uncomfortable atmosphere with certain guests loitering in the lobby.

Booked double room, that included a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The friendly staff made a lasting impression! Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for our event, great for easy travel.

Cleanliness was a concern with visible dust and dirt. The breakfast offerings could have used more variety.

Positive, Room was verysuper clean and cozy. The breakfast had a good selection, including delicious scrambled eggs and fresh coffee. I enjoyed the jet tub in my room and the staff were super accommodating . Location made it easy to walk to uptown.

Well we enjoyed the Pool , Whirlpool and Sauna Also the restaurant and the gambling machines . Not to far from downtown if you need to take a taxi .

You should have your front desk staff to have more knowlege on information about the City ect.............and the room should have a little side table in the bathroom

Room error

The hot tub was dirty with hair balls, and I had to walk back to my room wet without towels. I expected some level of compensation for this embarrassing situation-perhaps a complimentary drink? Almost left a good review, but just couldn't. If you care about cleanliness, look elsewhere, please.

The bed was the best! Very comfortable.

The girl working behind the check out desk was a little "clueless". Did not realize our reservation was for 3 nights and only charged us for 1. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was not there, we had to order it and wait, food selection was poor. The stairway from the parking lot was dirty. The back parking lot did not have any lighting at night.
